BOXING ACADEMY

January - March 2025 In this collaborative project, I worked as part of a group of 20 MA Photography students to facilitate three workshops for pupils aged 12 - 16. In this project our group worked with the Boxing Academy in Hackney, a school offering an alternative education pathway with menoring and support for students using Boxing as a framework to empower students, help them manage ander and build their confidence.
Focused on the theme of identity, we sought to encourage the Boxing Acameny pupils to use photography as a tool of self expression.
