Ceramic artist Freya Bramble-Carter has a physical connection with clay. Handcrafting unique silhouettes, she works out of her West Hampstead studio space and a shared studio with Chris Bramble, her father and a potter as well. Following the process of forming objects, Freya turns raw clay into vessels, both practical and decorative.
I spent two days with Freya as she worked and taught. In this time I watched her knead, throw, trim and glaze her foms as she prepared work for sale and for an upcoming solo ehxibition in 2025.
